Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Convert warm leads into profitable business accounts through the use of effective, consultative business development techniques and organizational needs analysis
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Mentoring and developing team members
  • Managing team performance and implementation of metrics to enhance delivery of the team
  • Contacting potential clients(International – Australia / US / UAE / UK region) via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Possesses good knowledge on market trends, processes, constraints and other factors relating to business development
  • Strong presenter and negotiator also good with numbers
  • Able to provide quality leadership to a team of sales people
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
