Role & Responsibilities
  • Client relation executive ensure client satisfaction for the service delivered.
  • They are the primary point of contact for the client.
  • Their job tasks include directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of orders, fielding customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
  • They would also streamline business operations, negotiate deadlines, and discuss technical aspects of the work.
  • Additionally, they often develop procedures, establish standards, and track shipments to ensure that delivery occurs timely.
  • They would work with Operations, Quality, Business development, IT Support, and PPC departments for coordination purposes.
  • All communication with clients is handled through Email and Phones.
