Account Background
Our Client, headquartered in the USA and having Production houses in India and the UK, provides Document Conversion and Voice Support services. Most of their customers are from the US, and they provide Document Conversion services for bills and Medical Prescriptions. Our client also has customers from the UK and Australia.
Business Problem
The client has partnered with us for Document Conversion services. There was a need for an effective Customer Relations Management application to manage their existing and new customers. They were involved in the traditional approach of using excel sheets to manage their entire clientele. The wanted a holistic solution to managing their existing and new customers.
Proposed Solution
We analyzed our client’s existing Excel data and we did a detailed study on the domain. Based on our study, we proposed a Widows based CRM application.
The application had two user types, Admin and Users. Admin could manage the whole application and the users – the Business Development Executives could login and view the data that has been assigned to them. They could make new clients from the leads provided to them by the Admin. Other Functionalities included, Cold Calling status, Comments update, Follow up, Client Details View, etc…
Legacy Windows application was re-developed to Web and Mobile Application (lesser functionality). Functionalities like automatic email notifications, customer satisfaction surveys have been added to the existing functionalities list in the Web Application.
Business Benefit
Systematic Customer Relations and smooth operation was possible with the developed application. The Client was able to retrieve any MIS information needed using the Mobile Application anytime. Follow up and email notifications have been made very easy. Executives can send automatic email notifications from the application. Admin has the complete rights in the application and can generate many Reports which help in the management decision making.
