1. January 31st, 2017:

2. March 1st, 2017:
This date should not be skipped if you want to save more in your accountancy and bookkeeping. It is the last date to contribute to Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) for the previous taxation year.
3. March 15th, 2017:
On March 15th, 2017, don’t forget to pay CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) the quarterly installment of your taxes if you are on a quarterly payment plan. Remember, if this date falls on Saturday, Sunday, or any public holiday, next business day is authentic to submit the payments to CRA.
4. April 30th, 2017:
It is the final date of filing CRA’s tax for the people who are self-employed or earn a personal income. If you are unable to submit until this date and get delayed in filing taxes, penalties can be applied on the amount you owe from CRA.
Also, the same date of 30th April should be remembered for filing and remitting HST and GST taxes for the last quarter. Businesses liable for quarterly filing of tax must retain this information.
5. June 15th, 2017:
On June 15th, 2017, the next installment of CRA’s quarterly payment of tax becomes due. On this date, self-employed individuals also need to file their income tax statements with CRA.
6. July 31st, 2017:
This date is the deadline to remit and file HST and GST taxes for the businesses. They have to declare taxes related to previous quarter by this date.
7. September 15th, 2017:
Again, quarterly tax installment is due on September 15th, 2017 for those who pay on a quarterly basis to the CRA.
8. November 30th, 2017:
November 30th, 2017 is the final date to remit and file HST and GST taxes for business done in the previous quarter.
9. December 15th, 2017:
This is the final date for paying the installment of tax which is payable in every quarter to CRA.
10. December 31st, 2017:
The last date of this year i.e. December 31st, 2017 is the most important date in your books, especially if you are turning 71 years of age in 2017. This will be your last chance to contribute to the Registered Retirement Savings Plan.
